Moving Details
What is included and what it costs
We can move your shed even if it was purchased from a different builder, using the heavy equipment needed to relocate sheds, garages, and small structures. At the new location, we set up and level your building with the existing block from its original spot. The base fee includes up to 80 miles round trip from the store. An additional $160 surcharge plus $4.00 per mile is charged for moves exceeding 80 round trip miles. Additional block is $6.00 each, and the price includes one hour of labor to load, unload, and set up, with any additional labor at $65 per man hour billed in 30 minute segments. The maximum height for a building is 128 inches. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required the day prior to the scheduled move date and is non-refundable if our team arrives and the building cannot be moved due to obstructions, its condition, or improper site preparation. Please clear any debris and brush six feet from the gable ends and front of the shed before we arrive. If you use rent-to-own for the building, contact your rental company to schedule the move.
