Your new building should arrive ready to enjoy, not ready to fuss over. We handle the entire delivery and set your shed down right where you want it.
Delivery is free within 50 miles of our lot. Please clear all debris and brush away from the delivery area before we arrive so our equipment is not damaged, and make sure the area is level. If the location is on a hill, we may not be able to complete the delivery.

What Is Included
Every delivery includes careful handling from start to finish. We load your building on professional equipment, transport it safely, and place it on the spot you have prepared.
- Up to two courses of 8 inch solid block to level your shed
- One free relevel in the first year
Additional Considerations
- Buildings 256 square feet or larger may require a building permit. We recommend you contact your local building department for more information.
- Deliveries exceeding 50 miles are charged $4.00 per mile over the covered area.
- Your shed comes with enough block to set up and level your building on level ground. If more block is needed, there is an additional charge of $6.00 per block plus tax.
- Lead time can vary depending on the season. Ask your sales representative for the estimated delivery window.

We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our North Dinwiddie and Charles City locations, and we are happy to quote delivery beyond that range. Once your building is ready, we schedule a delivery date that works for you and confirm access and clearances ahead of time so the day goes smoothly.
